Job Description:

·        Ensure targeted dyeing and finishing production is achieved, meeting the company's production goals.

·        Maintain a high Right First Time (RFT) percentage to minimize reprocessing and ensure optimal product quality both in dyeing and finishing processes.

·        Coordinate with the lab to ensure recipe accuracy and maintain consistent dyeing and finishing quality.

·        Ensure overall dyeing and finishing quality by implementing and monitoring quality control measures throughout the process.

·        Ensure timely and efficient order closing based on performance metrics.

·        Minimize process loss and wastage through effective monitoring and process optimization.

·        Maintain and follow the Time and Action (TNA) calendar to ensure on-time delivery.

·        Develop and implement strategies to reduce water consumption in the dyeing and finishing processes, promoting sustainable practices.

·        Identify and resolve issues causing production hold-ups, ensuring smooth operations and minimal delays.

·        Monitor and optimize average batch per machine to maximize production capacity and efficiency.

·        Improve process time efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, implementing streamlined processes, and utilizing appropriate technology in both dyeing and finishing.

·        Oversee the finishing processes, including inspection, pressing, and packaging, to ensure high-quality finished products.

·        Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the desired aesthetic and functional attributes are achieved in finished products.

·        Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in dyeing and finishing
