∎ BUTex will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Critical KPI/Target for the Department
∎ LTB @ 75%
∎ BTB @ 95%
∎ Average Batch/ M/C- 3
∎ Ensure Orgatex is used for Production planning & tracking.
∎ Ensure Lab is using Data Color & Correctly for recipe creation
∎ Plan and manage all the activities of dyeing departments' activities, assuming responsibility for production quantity, quality, cost and delivery.
∎ Ensure appropriate production inventory control procedures.
∎ Coordinate and ensure the department's machinery and equipment are maintained to optimal levels of operation
∎ Direct dyeing activities to ensure that products are produced within the established time, cost control and quality standards.
∎ Control operations cost within approved budgets by evaluating actual expenditures with budgeted costs, taking appropriate actions.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development
∎ To coordinate with the Merchandising, knitting and Garments production team about fabric booking, fabric required schedule and production plan.
∎ Execute target production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc) as per buyer & company.
∎ Work with the other department for committed orders and monitor the production Critical Path regularly to ensure on time shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on dyeing and washing technology.
∎ Knowledge on dyes and chemicals.
∎ Planning skill.
∎ Knowledge on SAP.
∎ Knowledge on Costing, Material handling, Floor management, Management of Manpower and Machines effectively.
∎ Up to date knowledge on dyeing and washing machine and equipment
Salary: Negotiable
