- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, Large Manufacturing unit, Agribusiness , Food and Beverage, Transportation and Supply Chain Management etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Take overall responsibility of distribution management process.
- Maintain smooth cooperation with Production and Transportation team.
- Ensure proper storage of all goods and undertake regular stock auditing activities.
- Follow up Delivery Man, and Drivers for smooth delivery process.
- Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain requisition, gate pass, and delivery register.
- Find out deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to the concerned for reimbursement/necessary actions.
- Maintain first in, first out method (FIFO) of stock while delivering the products.
- Reporting Management with various reports regarding the delivery system.
- Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
