Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee company business in Certain area specially- Tire, Helmet, Battery & Auto Accessories
∎ Monitoring the Sales Personnel in every Basis.
∎ Analysis of the day to day operation of Sales Force.
∎ Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Achieve Company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and projecting future performance
∎ Generate leads ,build and nature client relationships.
∎ Increasing Distribution reach in Assigned area.
∎ Every products class of activities increasing focus.
∎ Searching new opportunity for Exciting & upcoming Products
∎ Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
∎ Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
∎ Sales experience in FMCG.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smartly Handle any situation of Distribution Business.
∎ Sound knowledge of English.
∎ Good Communication of Dealers & Customers.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
