Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and budget monthly digital media expenditure for all SBUs.
∎ Report monthly digital media performance of all SBUs.
∎ Generate insights from monthly data report to modify targeting, operating procedures, content variation, content format etc. for ongoing development.
∎ Track leads on a weekly basis and take corrective actions in ad targeting, ad creatives and other variables by coordinating with Commerce Heads.
∎ Maintain best practices for digital content development of still image, motion graphics, videos, blogs and emails.
∎ Maintain best practices for social media content publishing (by tracking off-peak and peak hours in different social platforms).
∎ Maintain best practices for media buying on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube to meet the metric targets on a monthly basis.
∎ Maintain best practices for blog writing through keywords research and utilize blogs to increase web traffic and web leads.
∎ Maintain best practices for email marketing to reengage and automate lead generation process from lead point to sales point.
∎ Manage the security and smooth functioning of digital assets such as websites, social media accounts etc.
∎ Modernize websites with better features and functionalities for improved user experience and improved lead generation.
∎ Maintain best practices as per Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse Score for improved website performance, usability and accessibility.
∎ Maintain best practices for SEO.
∎ Manage digital customer service through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, web mails and other customer touchpoints.
∎ Manage digital media billing by working closely with ‘Finance’ & ‘Financial Reporting and Compliance’ departments.
∎ Maintain a feedback loop with different departments such as ‘Communication & Brand Management’ and ‘Sales’ for ongoing improvements in metrics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experienced in social media marketing and management
∎ Experienced in media buying with Facebook Ads and Google Ads (LinkedIn Ads & Bing Ads are a plus)
∎ Experienced in using analytical tools such as Google analytics, Facebook Insights etc.
∎ Basic understanding of email marketing best practices
∎ Basic understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
∎ Quick and deep learner – an ability to sort through new knowledge and apply it comprehensively
∎ Data and insights oriented – Comfortable and good with numeric analysis and finding correlation between data
∎ Analytical mindset, critical thinking and attentive to details
∎ Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
