Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA from reputed Foreign/Local Public/Private Universities.
∎ Computer Science and/or Engineering Graduates must have MBA/relevant experience in commercial business operation.
∎ Professional Education: On-Campus/Online Study/Certification on E-Commerce, Sales, Digital Marketing/Sales, Channel /Partnership Management and Analysis/Analytics will be given preference.

Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible to place Rupayan IT & E-Commerce Ltd. in Enterprise/Business/Corporate segment in Bangladesh. Our platform is a marketplace for business to find backward (suppliers) and forward (distributors, traders, customers) linkage business activities/process. Our market place helps business to search, compare, contact and organize information for value creation and day to day operation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
∎ Working on account management plans with the Sales account managers.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
∎ Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
∎ Visit customers, build rapport with them to understand their pain points, present value proposition/USP of our digital marketplace.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external (partners/Vendors) stakeholders to create, customize and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans, campaigns and operation to achieve monthly target.
∎ Measure customer experience and suggest improvement area in system to ensure best in class platform experience.
∎ Manage Sales and 3rd Party team to deliver result and achieve target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sales/Business Development: Must have at least 5-6 years of experience in *E-Commerce /Enterprise/Business/Corporate sales. Distribution and retail sales experience on top will be added advantage. [* Candidates having E-commerce experience will get preference and experience requirements could be relaxed for them.]
∎ Language & Communication: Must be fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette.
∎ Negotiation & Persuasions: Must be an excellent negotiator and persuader to convince decision maker and customers.
∎ Marketing & Brand Promotion: Should have engaged in marketing and brand promotion activities.
∎ Leadership and People Management: Good to have leadership skills to manage sales/brand promoter team.
∎ Computer Literacy &Tech savvies: Excellent in Microsoft packages (OS, offices applications). Tech savvy to use and train people to use new technology based gadgets, apps and services.
