Responsibilities & Context:

Coppertech Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional for the Sales & Marketing department. The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep professional relations with retail & corporate clients to implement all planned activities.
  • Make sales & working strategy execute, Develop new market & Build efficient customer network.
  • Achieve the individual/ group sales and Collection target, Assist on negotiating pricing, terms & Condition.
  • Forecast sales and collection volumes & prepare action plan accordingly.
  • Follow up with customer & ensure 100% collection on current invoice.
  • To be responsible for the entire sales & collection activities of the assigned portfolio.
  • To retain top corporate client base ensuring business growth of those specific client base.
  • Maintain constant communication with our client's service through visits.
  • Support revenue growth through consistent penetration, churn reduction.
  • Assist in retention of existing clients through quality relationship & constant service.
  • Provide constant feedback and ideas to the marketing team for further development and arrange corporate events on a regular basis and arrange occasions to provide gifts and greetings to customers.
  • Provide regular feedback to the HOD to ensure proper sales growth & development.
  • Visit customers on a regular basis & ensuring regular penetration of the existing corporate.
  • Manage collections on the overall past dues which includes bad debt. Prepare monthly collection report.
