Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead divisional sales activities to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Oversee overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Ensure timely revenue billing, collection, and financial compliance, including petty cash management.
- Lead and supervise sales, technical, and collection teams to meet performance targets.
- Monitor client support, service quality, and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure network stability and service continuity.
- Manage office administration, assets, and staff discipline.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships.
- Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports to the head office.
