Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility is to find out the potential Vegetables/Fruits and other food item related buyer from abroad, regarding export of those products to the worldwide specially middle East, Africa, Europe and America.
∎ To implement and review commercial strategic decision on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis in accordance with the overall business mission and vision.
∎ Procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes, transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
∎ Design and implement all export strategies and activities.
∎ Ensure compliance to all export objectives.
∎ Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders like customers, agents and distributors.
∎ Develop a comprehensive business plan for export, target countries and expected profitability.
∎ Constant search for new customers and opening new export markets and developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
∎ Supervising the processing of samples required in coordination with the Department of production and quality.
∎ To monitor regular export policy, Bangladesh Bank Guidelines, & related other issues.
∎ Regularly report to Management
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in the area of food item export; mainly vegetables and fruits.
