Responsibilities & Context:
- Run the Laboratory operation within budget as per approved SOPs ensuring the laboratory operates efficiently and effectively by overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and implementing best practices to achieve high standards of accuracy and reliability in test results maintaining a strong compliance culture within the department.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to align dyeing processes with overall business goals.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely laboratory reports, including inventory management, Dyes & chemicals market analysis, and operational insights, to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Train, lead and coordinate the customs team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
