Responsibilities & Context:
- Run the R&D-Knitting operation to achieve production target, quality (Self Development, Buyer Development, PP & 1st bulk) following the SOP.
- To confirm all sample knitting related parameter and provide to bulk concern as per SOP.
- Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
