Responsibilities & Context:
- To manage the Dyeing Floor efficiently to achieve target Production and Quality.
- Run the dyeing operation to achieve production target, quality following the SOP.
- Keep the operational expenses of the department within budget.
- Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
