Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capacity Analysis:
∎ Conduct capacity analysis to evaluate production capabilities and align them with projected demand.
∎ Identify potential bottlenecks and suggest strategies to optimize capacity utilization.
∎ Coordination:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production, and procurement, to gather relevant data and ensure accurate demand forecasts.
∎ Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams to meet customer demand efficiently.
∎ Forecasting:
∎ Utilize historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts.
∎ Monitor and analyze demand patterns to identify potential fluctuations and adjust forecasting models accordingly.
∎ Risk Assessment:
∎ Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact demand planning and supply chain operations.
∎ Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply.
∎ Alternative Analysis:
∎ Explore alternative scenarios and evaluate their impact on demand planning and inventory management.
∎ Recommend suitable alternatives to optimize supply chain efficiency while maintaining cost control.
∎ Cost Control:
∎ Monitor and analyze costs associated with demand planning activities.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service levels.
∎ Development:
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to demand planning.
∎ Continuously enhance demand planning processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Generate regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.
∎ Data Analysis:
∎ Collect, organize, and analyze relevant data to derive actionable insights.
∎ Utilize statistical models and forecasting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in demand planning, capacity analysis, and forecasting within a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
∎ Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Proficient in using demand planning software and tools, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.
∎ Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques and data analysis methodologies.
∎ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address supply chain challenges.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing large datasets.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
