Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters from from any recognized university.
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or BSc/MSc in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, Animal Husbandry will be treated as added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Management and Leadership

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cattle Fattening, Dairy Farm, Farm Management, Veterinarian
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct tests and observations to diagnose and find out proper health problems and present condition for taking corrective action in time through medication, vaccination and other treatments as necessary.
∎ Administer vaccines to prevent common diseases.
∎ Identify disease control and treatment, green fodder production & advice on feeding practices of balanced diet of cattle
∎ Taking care of livestock, feed treatment and wellbeing of the cattle
∎ Managing milk production & bull development considering hygiene issues
∎ Preparing and monitoring disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and bio-security.
∎ Train, hire, supervise workers engaged in planting, cultivating, irrigating etc.
∎ Inspect farm or ranch structures, such as buildings, fences, or roads, ordering repair or maintenance activities, as needed
∎ Monitor pasture or grazing land use to ensure that livestock are properly fed or that conservation methods, such as rotational grazing, are use
∎ Reports to the line management on any unusual/unexpected results occur in the farm.
∎ Using modern methodologies that ensure highest growth for cattle.
∎ Ensuring healthy maintenance of livestock.
∎ Maintain liaison with livestock department, ensuring that firm activities comply with government regulations.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards across the farm estate
∎ Preparation of production and administrative reports.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years managerial experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dairy/Fattening Disease, Dairy/Fattening Farm, Dairy/Fattening Medicine, Farm Management
∎ On spot or on time response proactively and identify problem/ solution/diagnosis/ treatment on point.
∎ Have a strong sense of risk and bio- security control.
∎ Knowledge in English must preferable.
∎ Practical knowledge in fattening & Dairy diseases, treatment and prevention.
