∎ Age 32 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Bond License renewal, Customs Audit and related issues with Customs Bond.
∎ Follow up UD /UP formalities against all import and export of the group.
∎ To maintain in-bond and ex-bond register with customs.
∎ Look after the job of General Bond.
∎ Prepare and ensure required documentations for Bond License/Audit for renewal
∎ Prepare customs book entry as per UD/UP and add HS code consumption
∎ Follow up Annual Import Permission with customs bond.
∎ Include all Machinery and new raw material whenever imported.
∎ Follow up and Prepare PRC of Bank for customs bond audit.
∎ Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, VAT, EPB and Fire License). and all other related licenses from authority.
∎ Perform related work of Board of Investment, Chief controller of Import & Export (CCI&E)
∎ To maintain a strong liaison with the Customs office and other government bodies for smooth running of the group.
