Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum qualification BSc in Chemical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer's COC, EPZ Labour Act-2019 & EPZ Labour Rules 2022.
∎ • Ensure the factories always prepared / ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (GSV).
∎ • Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001: 2015 Oekotex, SEDEX, WRAP,Higg
∎ • Ensure Compliance on health & safety as per check list.
∎ • Ensure Access/Right to inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ • Ensure Compliance relate MIS are properly maintain, update follow up/ take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings/ discrepancies during audit.
∎ • Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ • Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non - compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection.
∎ • Follow up all date, records, reports formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards
∎ • Liaise with Marketing department, production and QA Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers / Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
∎ • Review and develop compliance related printing materials and ensure distribution thereof in the factories so that unwanted complaints are not received from the end of any buyers or Govt.
∎ • Able to handle chemical management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Social, Environmental, Industrial Occupational Safety Management, Chemical Management, ISO 50001:2018 Standard, GRS, Fire Fighter, EMS, Energy, Waste, Fire Safety & Compliance, Higg Index & Work Strategy etc.
