Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Major in Accounts preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit and implement a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
∎ Ensures that all written correspondence complies with company policies in terms of verbiage and frequency of contact.
∎ Identifies areas of the collection process that need improvement and implements an enhanced process that will help credit recovery executives be more effective.
∎ Establish and maintain regular contact with clients to facilitate billing and collection.
∎ Manages the employees who collect the outstanding payments from customers and Set payment collection goals and targets for the department.
∎ Makes sure employees comply with company policies when contacting individuals and other companies to collect past due balances that they owe.
∎ Managing and collecting payments from clients via online transfer, cheque/cash/bKash.
∎ Ensures that all collection entries are done in software.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly collection reports.
∎ Daily prepare total cash and cheque collection report of all branches and submit it to the management.
∎ Identify any disputes and assess whether the dispute relates to the entire debt and try to resolve the issues through effective communication.
∎ Review of regular customer statement reconciliation to trade receivable.
∎ To Carry out Other related works assigned by department head or the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Must have good critical thinking skills and Time management Skill
∎ Outstanding Organization Skills with corporate manners
