The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ we are looking for manager corporate sales for plastic industry (Pipe & Fittings) who will be the key person of maximizing corporate sales of the company. He/she sets realistic expectations and pushes through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. He/ She will be responsible for the sales operations including managing companies corporate sales team, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify mission, vision & business objectives as per company's business goods.
∎ Design, implement & facilitate annual sales plans.
∎ Plan & administer the unit sales operations budget.
∎ Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply & demand.
∎ Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price with supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on results.
∎ Maintains national sales staff performance by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising results.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
∎ Should have excellent language proficiency in English,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation,
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable laws & regulations,
∎ Conversant with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation and email communication,
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player,
∎ Have to be detail oriented and efficient in handling pressure,
∎ Positive work attitude, sincerity and honesty.
