∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the B2B team & liaison with partners
∎ Pitch corporate product to targeted clients
∎ Own & deliver target on B2B growth
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly planning.
∎ Identify new sales opportunities.
∎ Prepare the strategy.
∎ Draw and constant improvement of sales plan.
∎ Forecast sales target and revenue.
∎ Forecast budget to execute the planning properly
∎ Analyze market trend and act accordingly.
∎ Analysis the industry, understand the market to forecast the sales plan.
∎ Proper follow up with the concerned department & support team to service in place.
∎ Follow up to ensure timely delivery of products & services, etc.
∎ Maintaining proper liaison between clients & internal division/department to ensure timely delivery of customer services.
∎ Daily meeting with sales team; take update of activities
∎ Share ideas how to improve sales with the sales team
∎ Supporting the team with sales activities.
∎ Keep the team motivated.
∎ Coordinate with Corporate, & Special Channels for smooth operation & regular follow up with other related cross functional department.
∎ Follow up with all sort of supports regarding Quotation sending & delivery.
∎ Carry on day to day duties and responsibilities.
∎ Maintain client database with proper information
∎ To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
∎ Ensure achieving the target properly through regular sales visit. Ensure a motivated and dedicated Team Effort
∎ Ensure proper team work
∎ Ensure proper training for the sales team
∎ Identify revenue leakage and resolve with prompt actions
∎ Always look for alternative and innovative revenue channels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Digital Industry exposure expected.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Two bonus based on basic salary.
