∎ As a Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of our technology operations, responsible for implementing development methodologies, solution architecture design, database design for the solution, server configuration & management, manage the developers, lead the project management, monitoring the development progress, creating efficient CI/CD pipelines & release management and maintain the applications. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of technical solutions, improving collaboration between development and operations, and enhancing the overall quality and reliability of our systems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ R&D on Client's Requirements and Provide Technical/Digital Solutions
∎ Deliver Thoughtful Solutions to Problems on Time
∎ Communicate & Lock Requirements, Design Technical Solution based on the Requirements
∎ Build Frontend and Backend Web and Mobile Applications for Customers and Operations Teams
∎ Responsible for end-to-end Project Delivery, Production Roll-Outs, Proof of Concept and Technical Demos
∎ Continuous Revision and Improvement of the Technology Stack to Ensure Readiness for Company growth and Maintain Top-Notch Operational Functionality and Efficiency
∎ API Integration with Third-Party Software/Platforms
∎ Manage and Coordinate Software Changes and Release Management
∎ Perform Implementation Reviews, Advocate Product Features and Ensure the Prompt/Proper Resolution of Technical Challenges
∎ Lead in Functional Analysis of Business Requirements and Code Programs to agreed Standards
∎ Actively Participate in the Application Life Cycle, from Software Development, Testing & Debugging to Deployment in Production
∎ Implement the Best Practices and Coding Standards of the Projects
∎ Effectively Scale the Team and Provide Leadership, Support and Motivation to Team Members
∎ Mentor Team Members in Choosing the most Suitable Technologies and Methodologies for Feature Development
∎ Implement best Practices for Monitoring, Scalability and Performance Optimization
∎ Employ Micro-services based Platforms for Scalable and Modular Architecture
∎ Manage various Database Systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure Data Integrity and Performance
∎ Implement and Manage DevOps Processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Containerization and Infrastructure as code, using tools like Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
∎ Implement Version Control best Practices using GIT for Efficient Code Collaboration and Tracking
∎ Collaborate Closely with UI/UX Designers, Front-end Developers and Project Managers to Deliver Cohesive and User Friendly Products
∎ Develop Comprehensive Project Plans with the Key Milestones and Deliverables and Share the same with Clients as well as with Team Members
∎ Monitor Project Progress with the Plan and Adjust Plan as Required
∎ Manage Changes to the Project Scope, Project Schedule and Project Costs using Appropriate Tools
∎ Ensure that Projects are Delivered in Accordance with all Relevant Policies, Processes and Procedures
∎ Create and Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation
∎ Ability to Manage Multiple Concurrent Objectives, Projects and Activities
∎ Manage Resources for the Scope and Size of the Project
∎ Ability to Handle Small and Big Migration Projects both Internal and External for Customers
∎ Demonstrated Ability to use Quantitative and Qualitative Data to Drive Improvements
∎ Increase Visibility of System Activities and Improve Monitoring Capabilities
∎ Set both Group and Individual Goals Annually and Write & Perform Staff Reviews Monthly
∎ Continuously Analyze System Performance and Implement Improvements to Enhance Efficiency
∎ Strong Understanding of Web Development/Performance Issues and Mitigation Approaches

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Product Management or Tech Team Lead. Proficient in PHP - Laravel (5-8 years)
∎ Experience with Agile Methodologies or Working in an Agile Environment
∎ Proven Experience as a DevOps Engineer with a Strong Track Record in Building CI/CD Pipelines
∎ Must have Extensive Experience in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue JS, React JS, Node JS, Redis, Memcache, Micro-service Architecture, Pusher, Firebug, TURN/STURN Server, Web Sockets, Event-Listener and Schedule Task
∎ Must have Previous Experience in Complex or International Projects along with API Integrations to 3rd-Party Applications
∎ Experience with Linux and Cloud Computing Platforms (Digital Ocean/AWS/Azure/GCP)
∎ Experiences in Application Performance Evaluation and Load Balancing
∎ Experiences in Web Application Server Management (Apace, Nginx)
∎ Experiences in Requirements Analysis and Solution Design
∎ Strong Knowledge in Error & Bug Finding, Reporting and Fixing Procedure
∎ Proven Track Record of Successfully Launching and Managing Software Products
∎ Proven Working Experience in Project Management, Risk Management and Change Management
∎ Proven Mentoring and Team Leading Capabilities
∎ Experience in Working with Design Tools such as Figma, Sketch, Diagrams etc.
∎ Plan, Process and Perform all Assigned Jobs in an Efficient Manner with minimum/no Assistance from the Supervisor
∎ Ownership and Accountability of Responsibilities
∎ Contribute to Engineering best Practices, Guidelines and also Enhance Technical Infrastructure to improve Reliability and Efficiency
∎ Expertise in Infrastructure Automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
∎ Proficiency in Containerization Technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
∎ Proficiency of Version Control Systems (Git & GitLab)
∎ Strong Database Management Skills, including MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
∎ Proficiency in Database Design and Query Optimization using MySQL
∎ Proficiency in Tools like Google Firebase and Google Analytics
∎ Proficiency in Designing and Maintaining RESTful APIs and GraphQL
∎ Must have good knowledge of SDLC and Major Project Management Methodologies & Tools (like as Agile, Scrum, MS Project, JIRA etc.)
∎ A solid understanding of Different Design Patterns, Algorithm, Libraries, MVC Architecture and Application Design using Laravel
∎ A solid understanding of how Web Applications Work including Security, Session Management and best Development Practices
∎ Details Oriented, Logical Thinking, Creative Problem-solving and Analytical & MIS Reporting Skills
∎ Ability to Multi-task and Stay Organized in a Dynamic work Environment
∎ Ability to Learn new Programming Languages and Technologies Quickly
