∎ MBBS, training in medicine or gynae 6 months
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend phone calls from Daktarbhai subscribed user.
∎ Maintain individual user's data on CMS according to inbound calls.
∎ Answer questions asking by Daktarbhai users in time.
∎ Regular follow-up calls to our users and updates data on CMS.
∎ Interpret survey questions to help patient's comprehension.
∎ Maintain relationship with Daktarbhai panel hospitals
∎ Maintaining a doctor pool regularly for emergency support
∎ Supervise & train others and maintain staff records
∎ Available to work in all shifts, 24/7
Additional Requirements:
∎ As general physician for 2 years experience, fresher can apply
∎ Regular update of health practice in Bangladesh
∎ Home office during covid situation
Salary: Negotiable
