Experience:The applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience in reputed Bank/NBFI.

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate clients to achieve business targets while maintaining asset quality.

• Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, client referrals, and industry analysis.

• Lead end-to-end credit processes including client acquisition, credit appraisal, structuring, pricing, and deal negotiation.

• Prepare and present comprehensive credit proposals including financial analysis, cash flow assessment, risk grading, and mitigation strategies.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, factory inspections, and due diligence to assess business viability and credit risk.

• Ensure timely collection and verification of KYC, CIB, financial statements, and security documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate with Credit Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams for sanction, documentation, and disbursement.

• Monitor portfolio performance, loan utilization, repayment behavior, and covenant compliance; proactively manage early warning signals.

• Maintain strong client relationships by providing prompt service, resolving issues, and offering customized financial solutions.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal credit policies, AML/CFT standards, and audit requirements.
