Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Director of Compliance in developing a sustainable Compliance Program across SHN.
∎ Prepare policies and processes to address key compliance areas as required by SHN and ensure delivery of education/training/awareness program to SHN employees and Clinic stuffs.
∎ Lead compliance operations and collaborate with various of stakeholders/departments/divisions to provide recommendations/ implement corrective action plan.Oversee, and manage a small team of Compliance, reviewing performance and providing appropriate motivation and support to ensure the effective
∎ application of compliance monitoring procedure.
∎ Perform compliance review to check SHN policies and procedures are adhered; ensure deployment of Compliance communication, monitoring and disciplinary enforcement.>
∎ Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities and file appropriate compliance reports; follow-up with divisions/departments on deliverables
∎ Inspect and evaluate Clinics workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
∎ Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on SHN.
∎ Organize /initiate fire-safety training and education programs and implement safety procedure. Develop and implement Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and install Business Continuity Plan for Clinics across SHN.
∎ Design implement whistleblowers hotline across SHN to detect illegal, unethical, or improper conducts; support Compliance and Internal Auditor on fraud, embezzlements and corruption related investigations.
∎ Develop, implement, monitoring, and reporting of SHN Compliance program to manage, track, and report breaches

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience with compliance, audits, fraud investigation, risk management and clinical quality related areas
∎ Skilled in developing and implementing compliance and controls systems in large FMCG/ commercial organization / NGOs/ Pharmaceutical/ Hospitals.
∎ Must have the ability to travel extensively within the country under tight deadline. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, to be able to accept and discharge substantial responsibilities, to prioritize work assignments, to meet deadlines, and to exercise professional judgment.
∎ Proficient in MS Suits (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint); excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
∎ This role requires significant experience dealing with multiple competing priorities and ability to present creative and logical solutions to identified problems.
∎ This role will need 50% domestic travel and 50% time at HQ.
