Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in HRM/LL is Preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Germents and Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of the Compliance by the Compliance manuals.
∎ Independently must have special art on written a cap (social/technical/accord/alliance)
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in factory and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Prepare and update assessment of Labour Laws requirement from Compliance point of view.
∎ Have to capacity to face various audit inspection. Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to perform Compliance audit at factories in conjunction with Buyers Compliance guidelines.
∎ Responsible for entire Recruitment, Attendance, Overtime authorization, Leave Management, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Grievance handling, People management, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ Have to be capable handling Disciplinary & Grievance issues. Will address employee relation issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures as per law.
∎ Have to be capable organize training / awareness on regular basis.
∎ Capable to maintain employees personal record & upgrade time-to-time. Formulate and review different polices depending on the organizations requirement. Implement policies & regulations.
∎ Capable of maintaining a 100% compliant factory.
∎ Capable to train personnel on Fire Fighting, use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
∎ Beside need to ensure buyers Social/ Technical/Security audit.
∎ Capable of follow up & Proper Maintenance Of CT-PAT issues & documentation.
∎ Capable of dealing with environmental issues of the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Training & Development, Labor Union Management. HRIS/HR Database Management,Compensation/Benefits,Attendance,Leave management.
