Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working method should be easy to understand.
∎ Sewing techniques and handling should improve continuously.
∎ Introduce methods to prevent defects from the needle point.
∎ Need close co ordination with IE department for continuous improvement.
∎ Need to solve all sort of quality problems in cutting, sewing and finishing.
∎ Co-ordinate with buyers, buying offices for continual improvements.
∎ Sound knowledge of all types of sewing machines mechanical system.
∎ Ability to handle all types of sewing machines and making sample.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of fabric constructions and fabric behaviors
∎ Capable to handle all types of office management software like, office XP, ERP, CAD.
∎ Can capable accurate time & action plan.
∎ Capable to understand perfect marker consumption & booking.
∎ Capable of all types of fashion pattern, specially in woven top.
