∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having sound knowledge of all documentation for commercial Import operations.
∎ Taking care of total import; both local and foreign for dyes, chemicals, salt, yarn fabrics accessories, etc.
∎ Finalizing all the import documents.
∎ Communication with the Bank for (All Import activities, Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment, LC, Purchase, Maturity Payment & Collection).
∎ Monitoring shipments move through global supply chains.
∎ Communicating with suppliers and merchandisers about the LC and acceptance.
∎ Analysis of all in hand L/C(s), stock of goods, requirements of buyer, transport capability to make delivery schedule and deliver the goods within shipment period.
∎ LC Open and Amendment.
∎ Verification of import vendor bill, custom duty calculation in B/E, CHA Charges bills with agreed rate and applicable tariff as per customs.
∎ Import Documents Collection and Endorsement. Handling all acceptance for local suppliers.
∎ Handling C&F agent for related import matters.
∎ The vehicle program provides to C&F agents properly and timely as per import consignment.
