Job Context:
∎ A Leading 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory (Dyeing Capacity 45 Tons, 20 Sewing Lines)
∎ Candidate should well proficient to organize the commercial team and lead them for performing all commercial activities in right time.
∎ Candidate should be well conversant on documentation of Commercial Import & Export as well as well skilled to prepare necessary statement and report in line with the management`s requirement.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka-1341 (Factory)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Commercial invoice & related documents.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Comply documentation of EPB, BKMEA & BGMEA (UD, CO, GSP) related activities.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with merchandiser, factory, buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill as per L/C terms, submit to Banks and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Coordinate with Inspection Company, C&F agent and freight forwarder.
∎ Follow up Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Well Experienced to renewal of all licenses such as ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, VAT, EPB, BGMEA etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Customs Bond, Export, Import & Minimum banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Customs Bond, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ This is a leading position and candidate should have minimum 10-15 years of experience in the following field and 3-5 years in similar position.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Cash incentive file making and submitted.
∎ Should have clear knowledge to handle Bond file and office.
∎ Should have clear knowledge of Export, EPB, CO, GSP, B/L and other documents related with commercial responsibilities.
∎ Should have clear idea in the field of Export & Import through L/C & T/T, Freight Forwarding.
∎ Experience to lead commercial related activities both Import and Export.
∎ Banking/ Customs related tasks. &
∎ Any other task given by the authority.
Salary: Negotiable
