∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Purchasing all materials from local sources in line with company policies and requirements.
∎ Creating a time and action plan for all orders and following up regularly.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications, requirements and delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers using comparative statements (CS).
∎ Regular market visit to analyze and prepare CS.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of goods to the factory and following up with the store for timely receipt of the goods.
∎ Ensuring timely submission of bills to accounts department for final settlement.
∎ Maintain and prepare all purchase-related reports using ERP as and when needed.
∎ Handling any other purchase-related tasks assigned by the management.
