∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect the Production Data from all the Dept. every day and prepare daily production report.
∎ Review PO sheet & delivery dates.
∎ Prepare Monthly & Weekly Line Plans.
∎ Ensure all planning information is accurately maintained on ERP Software and Update/analyze/review all the reports accordingly.
∎ Assist in developing alternative plans for line feeding or urgent requirements.
∎ Generate reports on Line Plan achievement & Plan vs. Actual production also monitor fabric & accessories status.
∎ Maintain email communication with all the respective departments.
∎ Check Line Balance & take necessary steps for WIP status in cutting, sewing, finishing & packing.
∎ Assist in preparing necessary report as per management requirement.
