• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.

• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, quality standards, and local regulations.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering design tools (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, etc.).

• Membership with IEB

• Lead and supervise civil engineering teams in the planning

• Drawing, design, and execution of infrastructure and building projects.

• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and BOQs submitted by consultants and internal teams.

• Ensure all construction activities adhere to BNBC, RSC, ACI, ASTM, and relevant national and international standards.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Oversee site activities including quality control, safety, timeline adherence, and cost management.

• Manage budgeting, procurement planning, and resource allocation for civil works.

• Evaluate project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.

• Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for necessary permits and compliance.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans when necessary.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
