Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, quality standards, and local regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering design tools (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, etc.).
Membership with IEB
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise civil engineering teams in the planning
Drawing, design, and execution of infrastructure and building projects.
Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and BOQs submitted by consultants and internal teams.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to BNBC, RSC, ACI, ASTM, and relevant national and international standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee site activities including quality control, safety, timeline adherence, and cost management.
Manage budgeting, procurement planning, and resource allocation for civil works.
Evaluate project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for necessary permits and compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
