Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitor and administer activities of team managing Card Management System and all its associated modules ensuring smooth performance.
∎ Proactive initiative to achieve targets and to support the card operation team for conducting smooth operation.
∎ Ensure existing service and configure and design new product and solution as required by business.
∎ Ensure daily operation of a full-fledged Card Systems, including System administration, operations complying with payment scheme rules and regulations.
∎ Maintain constant communication with vendor and principal to solve any operational, customer service critical issue.
∎ Ensure timely patching, Project implementation with payment scheme
∎ Monitor regular activities of technical team and ensure that all critical assigned tasks are duly performed.
∎ Develop and integrate with third party app and systems as per business requirement.
∎ Plan, coordinate and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery of card related tasks/projects.
∎ Oversee internal and external day-to-day activities of Card Systems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 years' experience in bank out of which at least 6 years in card division
∎ Experience in PCI DSS implementation is preferred.
∎ Primary knowledge of Bangladesh Bank ICT Policy, Audit and Compliance procedure of a large commercial bank.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in technology and architecture of Card Management system and associated modules.
∎ Experience in switching system parameterization and configuration, Ecommerce payment gateway parameterization and configuration.
∎ Experience in to end card systems migration of card system and implementation of payment scheme related projects.
∎ Experience in card personalization system key management and configuration.
∎ Experience of implementing and working with VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay and other payment schemes will be highly appreciated.
