Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in surveyor or graduate in any discipline / Retired Asst. land officer/ retired land acquisition officer (LAQ)/Retired Asst. settlement officer will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To verify the records of rights from the land office (Settlement office and Revenue office)
∎ To maintain liaison with all external agencies such as AC land office, Rajuk, DC office, PWD, City Corporation Etc.
∎ To keep and maintain good relations with AC-Land for Mutation.
∎ Prepare deed of transfer and pay stamp duty.
∎ To obtain inspection for RS mutation
∎ To obtain necessary erection clearance from local Authority.
∎ To keep good relations with vender and remain updated with stamp Costs, Registration fees, Documentation charges and any other taxes and expense likely to be incurred in connection with the deed of Agreement, Registration, Transfer Etc.
∎ Conduct RS mutation on property.
∎ Check the Legal status of the land (Mortgaged or leases or ownership) at the relevant Sub-register office and appropriate office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge about Land office and record, Ledge of Land.
∎ Retired Government Surveyor officer of DC office, Settlement, AC land office, Sub-register office.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in Laws, Ordinance, Regulations, etc.
∎ Which govern real estate, procurement principles and practices and other related activate.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
