Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in e-commerce or e-commerce startups.
  • Candidates with prior managerial or supervisory roles will get preference.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age between 25 to 40 years.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to set strategies, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved. Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication ability with strong command over both English and Bangla, along with good typing speed.
  • Must demonstrate the willingness to learn, adapt, and lead a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Context: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Care Manager to lead our team. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to develop and execute strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Supervise and guide the sales and customer care team to ensure excellent performance.
  • Monitor team productivity, customer interactions, and service quality.
  • Handle complex customer issues and escalate critical concerns to higher management when necessary.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service performance. Train and mentor staff to improve communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Regularly review team and individual performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
