∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.

∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and supervise the activities of CAD & Pattern masters.
∎ Ensure Hit Rate & OTD for Pattern, Marker & Consumption.
∎ Ensure instruction to make Shrinkage wise pattern and Shade wise Marker.
∎ Ensure Shrinkage Group and Shade Group based on Fabric behavior.
∎ Ensure right direction on Pattern & Fabric from Development to Bulk.
∎ Contact with the customers for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues.
∎ Ensure pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser.
∎ Ensure garments consumption, pattern development, grading as required.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers at best.
∎ Ensure sample quality (styling, measurement, dummy fitting, etc.) and all technical aspects fully comply with the buyer requirements.
∎ Communicate and provide technical advice, support to merchandising staff, factories, and production team members.
∎ Communicate with Buyer & Merchandising Department.
∎ Any other related job as assigned by the management from time to time.
