Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement through effective planning and execution.
∎ Design and oversee territory-wise sales plans to maximize market coverage and penetration.
∎ Evaluate and adjust strategies based on performance analytics and market dynamics.
∎ Lead, manage, and mentor regional and area sales teams across the country.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual KPIs.
∎ Provide training and development programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
∎ Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and accountable sales culture.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regions.
∎ Expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks nationwide.
∎ Develop key account management strategies for high-value clients.
∎ Explore emerging markets and introduce new product lines.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.
∎ Oversee client retention programs and strategies to drive repeat business.
∎ Act as a point of escalation for high-level client issues and negotiations.
∎ Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance metrics.
∎ Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and delivery.
∎ Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and ROI analysis for sales initiatives.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
∎ Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives at the national level.
∎ Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
