Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability for both rural and digital audiences.

  • Familiarity with poultry farming practices and value chains.

  • Proficiency in digital tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, SMS/IVR platforms.

  • Project and vendor management skills.Ability to work closely with field sales, veterinarians, and technical teams.

  • Hands-on experience with both digital and rural activation campaigns.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute long-term brand strategies for Feed, Chicks or related poultry products.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials including packaging, promotional items, signage, and campaigns.

  • Plan and manage branding campaigns through ATL (TV, print, radio) and BTL (field activation, farm visits, dealer campaigns).

  • Maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors to build brand loyalty.

  • Organize branding activities at trade fairs, livestock expos, and rural promotional events.

  • Oversee the creation of brochures, posters, banners, and branded farm materials.

  • Develop and update brand guidelines tailored for rural and semi-urban audiences.

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and local platforms to engage poultry farmers and rural entrepreneurs.

  • Create digital content (videos, graphics, infographics) explaining product benefits, usage instructions, and success stories.

  • Manage and update the company website and social media channels.

  • Launch SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to communicate with farmers in local languages.

  • Run Geo-targeted ads and awareness campaigns in rural areas.

  • Monitor digital performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with field officers to integrate digital with on-ground campaigns.
