Brand Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR and Marketing
∎ Supervise the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel where necessary to ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
∎ Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization.
∎ Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
∎ Writing press releases for media.
∎ Monitoring press stories relating to the company and its brand and maximizing opportunities for positive PR and playing down any negative PR.
∎ Developing and leading the company’s internal communication strategy across Bangladesh.
∎ Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders.
∎ Overseeing the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized.
∎ Develop and lead team on execution of plans that drive awareness for CSR news & evergreen momentum
∎ Own, create and cultivate national media relationships focused on corporate/brand/CSR efforts
∎ Support senior level executive media engagements and activities (e. g. scheduling, logistics, negotiations, materials, etc)
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to team members and agency resources to drive alignment and results.
∎ Jump in on projects where the team needs additional support without needing weeks to get up to speed.
∎ Any other activities assigned by authority.
