Job Context:

DMFR Molecular Lab and Diagnostics BD Ltd. is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering cutting-edge diagnostic solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our laboratory. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a passion for delivering exceptional service. 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Oversee and manage the entire operational team including the phlebotomist team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of each relevant department.

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet organizational goals.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities to expand the company`s client base.

  • Conduct regular doctor visits to build strong relationships and promote the laboratory`s services.

  • Negotiate and close B2B deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships/agreements.

  • Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and support.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Optimize laboratory workflows to minimize turnaround time and maximize productivity.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

  • Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

  • To perform any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
