Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Oversee and manage the entire sales team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet organizational goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Business Development:
Identify and develop new B2B opportunities to expand the company`s client base.
Conduct regular doctor visits to build strong relationships and promote the laboratory`s services.
Negotiate and close B2B deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Marketing & Branding:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
Manage branding and marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Sales Performance:
Set and track individual and team sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase productivity.
Policy Development:
Develop and implement sales and marketing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
