Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with specialized certifications in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) is a plus;
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, content creation, and performance analysis. Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS);
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas, align them with business goals, and execute them effectively;
  • Fluent in English and Bengali;
  • Ability to work under pressure & in a frequently changing environment;


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Job Context:As an Executive/ Sr. Executive- Digital Marketing, he/she will lead and execute digital marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition;
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for online platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.Optimize website content and ad campaigns for search engines to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search efforts to maximize ROI;
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative design, and product management department, to ensure digital marketing efforts are integrated with overall business objectives.
