Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be work in HO/ Branch/out of Dhaka.
∎ Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
∎ Ability to sale Projector, Interactive White Board, Interactive Flat Panel, Digital Display Board, MSI Laptop, Video wall, Sound system, Language Lab, Note counting machine, laptop etc.
∎ Overall Supervision/monitoring of Market activities.
∎ Direct all operational aspects including channel distribution operations, customer service and sales
∎ Control all the sales activities of the branches
∎ Monitoring the branch offices inside and outside of Dhaka
∎ Building strong relation among channel distributors
∎ Building strong relation among dealers and suppliers of the organization.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should fill up monthly target.
∎ Arrange the dealer program & encourage them to promote your product.
∎ Arrange Fair, Road Show, Campaign, through your team.
∎ Hunt the new dealer & train them.
∎ Set the Promotions/ Incentive program for particular product / Dealer.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Manage relationships and service quality & standards
∎ Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
∎ Have the capability to lead the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ IT System Management, Technical Sales/IT Marketing Sales, Dealer channel.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service. Direct Selling/Marketing Service. Market Research Firms
Salary: Negotiable
