Now IED is offering a lucrative job position for Highly Experienced in Government and Non-Govt. National and International Bidding & Tender Manager.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Expert Bidding & Tender Manager for IED at Tajmahal Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of tender Document and tender process management
∎ Sourcing Tender and related Principal for National & International Tender bidding
∎ Communication with Principal and collect proper documents for tender Bidding
∎ Preparing and submitting Tender, Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and tender related all documents
∎ Supervise the tenders and bidding processes
∎ Support to all other departments with tender-related issues
∎ Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization and its suppliers and customers
∎ Collate and ensure proper documentation within the tendering and bidding process
∎ Register and participate in global logistics networks
∎ Ensure that all Tenders are executed according to Tender Process and internal requirements with Tender Milestones and Tender Review Meetings
∎ Perform other related duties as required
∎ You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your General Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge in tendering and bidding processes
∎ Very good knowledge in local and international consultancy and construction
∎ Have to excellent knowledge in e-mail corresponding
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
∎ Excellent knowledge in word processing, spreadsheet, project, and presentation software.
∎ Extensive experience of working on large documents with large volumes of information
∎ Fluent in the English language
∎ Strong negotiation skills and experience
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
∎ Skills Needed:
∎ Experience in review and structuring contract terms and conditions.
∎ Excellent ability in writing and organizing documents
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines essential
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
∎ Understand interdisciplinary relations and requirements
∎ Ability to provide open and direct dialogue with stakeholders
∎ High level of integrity and ethics
∎ Able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity
