Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct/Organize regular sales visits by planning for commodity and trade line wise market coverage
∎ Demonstrate and present products to the clients.
∎ Attend local trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
∎ Candidate should have potential and corporate client base.
∎ Create a pipeline of qualified prospects aligned to organization objectives.
∎ Maintain systematic updates of customer details on regular basis (i.e. competition, prospects, leads).
∎ Act as a consultant for the client on behalf of organization. - Liaison with Sales Manager / Product owners to proactively identify pitfalls in business.
∎ Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts.
∎ Review progress of sales roles throughout the company.
∎ Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
∎ Develop plans to ensure sustainable revenue growth in all product lines.
∎ Provide quarterly results, assessments on team productivity.
∎ Manage company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
∎ Assist sales personnel in establishing contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
∎ Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
∎ Manage and ensure that team consistently meets or exceeds the sales performance metrics.
∎ Analyze performance metrics and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the Sales Support team.
∎ Effectively manage operation expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals.
∎ Develop and implement new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
∎ Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
∎ Review expenses and recommends economies.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Wholesale, Branding, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing.
∎ A solid knowledge of sales funnels, building sales strategy and increasing sales pipeline.
∎ The candidate has to be able to handle the market and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
∎ Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitude.
∎ Target oriented and plan making with own execution.
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ The applicant must be smart, energetic and proactive.
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening.
∎ Communicate analytic skill and working ability for team development.
∎ Basic knowledge of export / import terms, freight, financing and logistics.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command in MS office especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint for daily reporting.
∎ The applicant's must have own smart phone and motorcycle driving license.
