Responsibilities & Context:
Lead a team of young and energetic professionals
Actively research potential clients and pursue new business relationships
Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow-up, responding to inquiries, and resolving problems on their behalf
Obtain client requirements and prepare customized plans for targeted customers
Develop pursuit materials, prepare presentations, and regularly present at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
Lead the marketing team to plan and coordinate business generation activities
Carry out market surveys and provide market intelligence to support businesses in strategic planning
Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure service quality and standards
Prepare effective sales plans within the set budget, targets, and deadlines
Detail outdoor visit plans for meeting the Right TG
Research prospects and generate leads
Contact potential and existing customers through phone communication
Handle all customers efficiently as a consultant
Achieve sales targets and provide feedback to the supervisor regularly
Maintain good relationships with clients and media contacts
Update CRM regularly
Prepare monthly sales reports
Arrange project visits for clients as per requirements
Collect the required documents from prospective customers
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
