Skill & Competencies:

• Strong analytical & organizational capabilities.

• Proficient with ERP systems, scheduling tools, & MS office (Specially Excel)

• Demonstrated leadership in supervising planning staff and cross-functional coordination.

• Experience with performance tracking, SOP cycles & capacity/inventory management.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, & reporting skills.

Others:

• Age: Typically, 35-Above.

• Ability to handle urgent orders, buyer audits, & high pressure delivery demands.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Manage daily production planning for offset printing of accessories(e.g. Tags, Hagger & Boxes)

• Develop & implement master production schedules based on work orders, machine & manpower capacity, & material availability, ensuring timely deliveries & minimal disruptions.

• Collaborate with prepress, Customer Service, Merchandising, QA, Stores, & Procurement to align priorities, Manage rush or special orders, & ensure & ensure smooth SOP processes.

• Monitor critical performance metrics (e.g., output reliability, uptime, UEE, UPLH), preparing MIS reports for management reviews.

• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, optimize consumption of materials, reduce wastage, and improve resources utilization.

• Serve as a team leader- coaching planning staff, managing schedules, reviewing reports, & ensuring accuracy in planning operations.

• Participate in capacity planning, inventory control, & link production schedules with supply chain logistics for efficient execution.
