Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates where needed.
∎ Make full costing in woven garments, negotiation and order confirmation.
∎ Responsible for sourcing and monitoring for individual order from beginning to shipment.
∎ Maintain effective communication with buyers including sample follows up.
∎ Coordinate with sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyers, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyers' side.
∎ Have to do overseas & local marketing and correspondence with excellence.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with the buyers to serve their interests and requirement for smooth Business.
∎ Monitor and assist in the development & creation of new buyers for expanding the business.
∎ Understand and follow-up customer procedures for order execution.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of various kinds of fabric consumption and to do the costing of the same.
∎ Ensure and supervise the Marketing, Merchandising, Operation, and Planning team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
∎ Follow-up on purchase orders, internal orders and costing sheets, product development, and shipment.
∎ Coordinate with all departments to determine the delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all orders in the lines.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
∎ Effective planning for new season sampling and production orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to run a 6-8 persons' team & take full responsibility for the entire team.
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Able to work under pressure and anticipate quick solutions if any difficulty arises.
∎ Must have the ability to work as a team leader.
∎ Well conversant in English with the local & foreign customers.
