Responsibilities & Context:
∎ HR, Admin & Compliance related overall responsibilities.
∎ Maintaining all tasks properly relates to employee’s recruitment, termination & litigations
∎ Prepare & update policy procedure and implement accordingly with approval process
∎ Complete all documentation like ID cards, Visiting card & other related documentation
∎ Maintain employee’s File management relating to Separation, Resign, Termination, Retrenchment, Promotion, Disciplinary Action, Grievance Resolution, Absent Counseling, etc.
∎ Arrange all types of Notices, Pay Slip Distribution, Resign & Lefty, Final settlement, Death Benefit, Maternity Benefit bill preparation and procedure for payment.
∎ Conduct general HR programs including orientation of new hires, employment law compliance, safety and security, employee relations and performance management.
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
∎ Maintain HIRS and different registers as needed for
∎ Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
∎ Organize employee performance reviews.
∎ Handle Payroll administration
∎ Ability to organize training/awareness regularly.
∎ Should be capable of training personnel on Fire Fighting & capable of legal license issues
∎ To prepare the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, GRS, M&A, ISO, Alliance requirement, social audit, Ethical audit, etc.
∎ Implement compliance according to buyers COC & Labor Law & rules. Regular review & corrective actions. Be compliant regarding documentations & certificates / licenses.
∎ Coordinate between different stake holders including buyers, audit firm & various authorities.
∎ Prepare report for compliance as needed for
∎ Prepare SOP for the security department
∎ Monitor Health -Hygiene, safety/security of the factory & corrective actions.
∎ Housekeeping according to company & law requirements
∎ Monitor vehicle movements / Logbook as required
∎ Renewal license & support to obtain new license from government office
∎ Liaison with Fire & Civil Defense, BGAPMEA, Labor Office, UP office, LGED, Police Station, etc.
∎ Provide logistics support the coordinating department
∎ Arrange yearly functions / program as per company requirements
∎ Any other task time to time given by the authority
