∎ We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
∎ Location: Factory premises (2 hours drive from Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the full recruitment cycle for both temporary and permanent workers
∎ Create and implement HR policies and procedures
∎ Provide support to managers in handling employee relations issues
∎ Develop and implement performance management programs

Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 Years of experience in a similar HR role
∎ Knowledge of employment law and regulations
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
