3 to 4 years experience in same position

Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and monitoring all parameter.
∎ Ensure that the Quality standard is being met by forecasting & reviewing the result.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time
∎ Coordinate with team, Concern department & buyer representative.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out.
∎ Develop Discipline by implementing the Rules & Regulation.
∎ Ensure that all safety followed by the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
∎ Management / Leadership Quality.
