Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineer
∎ Candidate Should have B.Sc./M.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Wet Process Technology) or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CHEMIST, DYEING LAB, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall dyeing process monitoring and control with M/C program
∎ Should be capable for identify any dying fault and troubleshooting
∎ Have good knowledge for select the dye combination according to the dyeing process and buyer requirement
∎ Ensure lab dip shade matches with buyer's actual swatch
∎ Have good knowledge for automatic dispensing system
∎ Follow up pending and delay sample
∎ Any kind of check /re-match recipe preparation
∎ R&D for any new color combination for reduce dying cost
∎ Maintain and check inventory of Dyes-chemicals stock
∎ Leads team members to monitor lab dip matching, all types of tests and washing effects
∎ Tracks color in different order and ensures information is correctly documented
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both Males and Females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge of dyeing machine, process and dyes-chemicals
∎ Should have capability to develop new process
∎ Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
∎ Management / Leadership Quality.
